«Английский язык для международников» предназначен для студентов, обучающихся по направлениям подготовки «Международные отношения» и «Зарубежное регионоведение». Исходный уровень владения языком для работы с учебником — А2; завершение курса предполагает достижение уровня В1 по классификации Совета Европы. Цель учебника — развитие межкультурной коммуникативной компетенции студентов как неотъемлемой составляющей их профессиональной компетенции. В учебникe предусмотрены две траектории изучения материала (базовая и повышенной трудности). Учебник дополняют шесть Рабочих тетрадей (по два урока в каждой) и Книга для преподавателя.
